How Do You Join The Prestigious International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA)?

SBA was formed in 1994 by George Abraham.  George grew SBA to a membership of 400 members by providing Business Valuation and/or Business Enhancement preliminary training to its members.

On June 1, 2007, NEBB Institute acquired SBA.  NEBB Institute is an industry leader that trains, certifies and supports Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (CMEA).

On January 1, 2010, our name was changed to the International Society of Busines Analysts (ISBA) to alleviate any confusion when referring to the Society and to include our international membership.

The merger of ISBA and NEBB provide business owners with a combined membership of over 700 kowledgeable, experienced and certified business professionals.  It's a natural fit and an innovation for both organizations.  When it comes right down to it, a machinery and equipment appraisal is the "hub" of at least 20 different business reasons.  Oftentimes, a business owner, CPA, attorney or others frequently ask, "I need a machinery and equipment appraisal, but can you also help me with cost segregation, leasing, insurance, real estate appraisal, or a business valuation?"

ISBA has in place a dynamic international network of over 700 members experienced and certified to handle every aspect of business enhancement that a business owner or others may desire.

Referrals between members of the dynamic network will increase business opportunities and expand businesses while helping those in need of a professional service.

Current ISBA members are grandfathered into the  "new" International Society of Business Analysts.  However, only ISBA members who wish to excel within their area of expertise, must train, test and certify for the professional designation of CSBA.

Can You Pass The Test?

ISBA membership is only available to those business professionals who have experience and a background in appraisal, business valuations, mergers/acquisitions, cost segregation, business brokerage, accounting, finance, law, business transfers, leasing, mergers/acquisitions, lending, litigation, government issues, or insurance.
